With over 37 years of loyal service to Charm Sciences, Rick oversees all engineering, construction, production, and facilities management.

Rick’s contributions to the organization include setting up fully-automated plastic injection molding operations which run 24/7. He designed and built custom automation equipment for production and R&D departments. Additionally, he led the architectural design and construction of cleanrooms, laboratories, BL2 laboratories, dry rooms, freezer rooms, cold room rooms, plant-compressed air systems, HVAC, and plant layouts at multiple facilities. He has increased efficiency while reducing scrap and energy consumption.

Rick attended Wentworth University and Northeastern University for Mechanical and Electrical engineering. He holds 30 patents and 10 state contractor licenses.
