As Chief Financial Officer for Charm Sciences, Grace is responsible for all aspects of the corporate accounting and finance functions. In her current role, she manages Charm’s accounting and materials departments, internal and external financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, tax, business systems, and inventory.

Grace has been with Charm since 1999. She began her career in 1993 on the audit staff at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Grace earned an MBA and certificates in Finance/International Business/Accounting from SNHU and obtained her BS in accounting in Taiwan. Additionally, she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
